Eric Dorsey brings over 17 years of experience in the staffing industry and currently serves as VP of IMS People Possible, North America.
He began his career as a Registered Nurse (RN), giving him firsthand insight into the clinical side of healthcare staffing.
Eric went on to build and scale a healthcare staffing agency before moving into leadership and today leads an offshore recruitment team – a combination of experiences that gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of healthcare professionals and what it takes to grow a staffing business.

James Heil brings over 25 years of experience across staffing, sales, and account management.
Having worked closely with both healthcare facilities and locums, he understands the real impact of placing providers where they’re needed most. That perspective led him into offshore recruitment, where he has helped agencies build faster, leaner, and more resilient hiring operations.
