In 1981, an editor of a renowned newspaper asked Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz to write a book on “The 100 best companies to work for in America.” The pair was initially skeptical and yet, they found those 100 companies. They understood that the key differentiator was high-quality relationships in the workplace that helped build a Great Place to Work® certification.
About Great Place to Work® Certification Criteria
Well, there are several factors that are taken into account to consider an organization a Great Place To Work®. A great workplace is built through the day-to-day relationships that employee experiences. The key factor in these relationships is trust.
