  • Ashok Vithlani

    Co-Founder and Chairman

    Director for Polad Group of Companies Ashok Vithlani has spent an impressive 40 years in the industry, finding his way through the ladders up to the top. Having started off as a selling agent for a variety of products, his hard work and dexterity earned him the CEO position of Rasna, a highly popular soft drink concentrate in India. The marvels of Rasna and its expansion from being a local brand to having existed in the conscience of the national and international masses have all been through the strategic finesse of Ashok. He has been instrumental in launching marketing communications plans for different consumer products and brands.Today, he is an eminent speaker and many premier business institutes employ his esteemed services to let their students learn the ropes of marketing communications and branding. He is on board of several companies and consults various national and international organizations.

  • Amit Somaiya

    Co-Founder and CEO

    ‘Protean’ is how you can best define Amit Somaiya. With interest, experience and expertise in an assortment of different fields of business, he has made his presence felt quite considerably through the course of his stay in the industry. Most part of his 15 years’ experience has been spent in planning and designing of marketing strategies. A variety of modern day organizations and start ups can thank Amit for his adroitness in driving foreign direct investment into such firms. He also has rich experience in setting up of direct marketing, tele marketing, and customer care and customer relationship management centers. Having trained more than 500 executives at middle and senior level management for leading companies, Amit can also boast of his penchant and skill in core HR functions,especially the recruitment process.

  • Joost Kreulen

    Director

    Chief Executive Officer-Empresaria Group Plc UK Joost Kreulen was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective from 1 January 2012. Joost has been with Empresaria since 2009. He was initially responsible for its Asian operations and more recently also for a number of its UK based businesses. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive designate on 7 September 2011. Prior to joining Empresaria, Joost had spent 20 years working in various roles for businesses which now form part of Randstad N.V., most recently as head of specialist staffing operations in the Netherlands.

  • Spencer Wreford

    Director

    Group Finance Director-Empresaria Group Plc UK Spencer was appointed Group Finance Director in May 2010 and has over 10 years experience in senior finance roles. He joined Empresaria from BPP Group, where he was the Finance Director of the BPP Professional Education division, a provider of international professional training. Prior to this he spent 8 years at ITE Group Plc, the international conference and exhibition organising group, as Deputy Finance Director, during which time he also spent six months as Acting Group Finance Director. Spencer is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England &Wales, qualifying with Arthur Andersen.

    Onshore Advisor, US

    Jack Unroe oversees IMS People client relationships in the United States. Located in Northern California, Unroe utilizes over 20 years of staffing and recruitment expertise to help US-based companies define and implement a successful offshore recruitment strategy. Having served as CEO of three different recruitment firms—JAMS,Accountants International and Human Resources International—Unroe’s substantial credentials include managing operations generating nearly $260 million in total revenue. He has also held multiple board memberships including a public company and has successfully completed numerous mergers and acquisitions in Latin America and the US. His deep knowledge of the competitive US staffing market is enhanced by his hands-on experience developing and benefiting from offshore recruitment partnerships, a strategy he maximized as CEO of Randstad Finance and Accounting (formerly Accountants International). IMS People relies on Unroe’s unique background to guide US clients through the opportunities and considerations of an offshore collaboration, and our US clients highly value his ongoing accessibility and results-oriented expertise.

    julieJulie has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years. Her collaborative and progressive approach to business and team development has resulted in a track record of consistent achievement throughout her career to date.
    Julie has worked with and within Top 5 Blue Chip multi-site Global/ Nationals, Government and single site SME and is equally comfortable and competent working independently or with teams delivering outcomes at the front line of an organisation, or producing and driving strategic business plans or change programs across multiple sites, teams and operations.
    Julie has recruited alongside, built and led teams operating in generalist and specialist/ technical environments from apprentice through to senior executive.
    Having worked her way through from Consultant to COO, Julie’s broad skill set and experience enables her to understand the challenges recruitment businesses face every day in the quest to develop effective and sustainable recruitment solutions for their clients and maximise profit for their business.

A 30-year veteran of Australian and international IT and corporate advisory organizations,Hore frames his relationship with IMS People clients through continual assessment of enterprise growth within today’s world economy. His executive-level credentials traverse many segments of the staffing and recruitment industry and include corporate advisory assignments, mergers and acquisitions mandates, and C-level advisement to multinational and other public and private organizations. Located in Sydney, Hore provides local industry acumen and offshore expertise to Australian and New Zealand-based companies.His innovative talent strategies and well-grounded guidance result in clients realizing their highest-use and most profitable offshore recruitment strategy.

He brings 29 years of rich experience in Information Technology, ITES, Business Development, Operations and Systems. Mr. Jayayaram’s extensive skills and expertise in entrepreneurship adds great value to the company’s business process and overall profitability. He is adept in strategizing and executing the entire operations and ensuring that they are in line with the company’s goal. His 18 years of entrepreneurial experience reflects his decision making and operational skills that has added advantage to many national and US based multinational companies in establishing a strong market presence. As COO to our team, Mr. KR Jayaram directs the entire business process to meet company’s goal and ensuring the best service to our valuable clients, while strategizing business development and building long term relations with the clients.

His set of responsibility encompasses strategic development and growth of staffing services, along with ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction, achieving sales target and ensuring the right amount of revenue and delivery for key customers. He has, in the past, carved his own niche in implementing cost effective staffing services.

    JensonVice President, Operations A recruitment professional with 12 years of experience in US Staffing domain with a demonstrated experience of managing end to end operations and delivery. Strongly believes in standing by client objective and goals; and strives to live that dream by generating results.     SVP Business Development & Key Accounts Alex has a total of 13 years’ of experience;spread across an assortment of outsourced and managed services. He manages the RPO processes of clients based out of the beautiful continent of Europe. His most acknowledged qualities are his professionalism and his profound analytical skills which ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, processes are being continuously tested and re-built, if required, and a long term organic procedure of team building is being adopted. Being responsible for the entire gamut of RPO processes, he is in constant interaction with clients, stakeholders and internal departments. His rich past experience has been in BPO operations in the domain of financial services for the market of the United States of America (USA). Having had the opportunity to set up the entire center by himself, he gained immense knowledge about new project mapping, process formulation, management information structuring, performance monitoring and service delivery.

Mark has around 9 years of experience spread across outsourced and managed services domain. He plays a pivotal role in Full Cycle Project Management and Process Improvement &Re-engineering.
